Terms & Conditions

- We require a Full Payment or 50% deposit payment or credit card authorization of full invoice amount on all sessions booked.
- Cancellations and changes to studio bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours notice of sessions are subject to a 33% fee of the total session. This fee will be added to your next session.
- Brewery Recording Studio retains the right to withhold all masters till payment is received in full.
- Clients are responsible for the backup of their sessions. Brewery Recording Studio is not liable for lost/damaged data.
- Cancellations and changes to studio bookings must be mad at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of initial session start time are subject to a 50% fee of total session. This fee will be either subtracted from your payment or added to your next session.
- Brewery Recording Studio retains the right to withhold all masters and data until payment is received in full.
- Clients are responsible for the backup of their data. Brewery Recording Studio and its staff are not liable for lost/damaged data.
- The session clock begins at the scheduled time that both parties agree upon. If you arrive early and the studio can accommodate an early start, then the session clock will begin at that time. If you are late for any reason, you will be charged from the scheduled session start time, with no exceptions. Set up time will be billed at regular studio rates unless other arrangements are agreed to. This includes load-in and instrument setup, microphone placement, level setting, media transfer, etc.
- The Brewery Studio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen gear left behind. Any property left past 30 days will become the property of The Penthouse at Times Square Recording studios unless other arrangements have been made.
- In the event a piece of studio gear owned by The Penthouse at Times Square Recording Studios or any part of its facility becomes damaged by you, or anyone in your party, due to negligence, accident, or willful act, you agree to provide monetary compensation in the amount of full replacement value of the damaged item. Damage to the studio property of any kind that are a result of anyone in client’s party or group will be assessed to client’s account.
- The Client shall abide by the Studio Rules. Noncompliance of these rules by the Client or a guest of the Client will be ground for removal of the party from the vicinity. This would also cause termination of agreements and possible loss of future contracts with the studio. The client will still be charged for the booked session to compensate for time loss, damages and inconvenience caused by the incident. Lastly, if things goes out of hand, we will seek help from police officers to address the situation.
- The Client releases the Studio from any harm or damage that may occur to any Client’s guests/employed musicians or Client’s equipment/belongings at the period of their recording sessions; unless of which is not a direct result of the Studio’s intentional or reckless conduct.
- This constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Studio. Any changes must be in writing, signed and agreed upon by both parties. By entering into a booking agreement, the Client confirms that they have read, and fully understands the terms and conditions and does hereby agree to all provisions.
